Infinitude of God
God is Infinite (limitless). God is not limited by anything outside of His character. This applies to all of God’s attributes. (Example: The goodness of God means God is infinitely good, God is also infinitely just, infinitely immutable, etc...)

God is Personal    God is a self-conscious Being capable of thought, will, and interaction with His creation.

Genesis 1:26-31
 -  26Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth." 27God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. 28God blessed them; and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth." 29Then God said, "Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the surface of all the earth, and every tree which has fruit yielding seed; it shall be food for you;
30and to every beast of the earth and to every bird of the sky and to every thing that moves on the earth which has life, I have given every green plant for food"; and it was so. 31God saw all that He had made, and behold, it was very good. And there was evening and there was morning, the sixth day.

Exodus 20:1-17 -  1Then God spoke all these words, saying, 2"I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery. 3"You shall have no other gods before Me. 4"You shall not make for yourself an idol, or any likeness of what is in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the water under the earth. 5"You shall not worship them or serve them; for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, on the third and the fourth generations of those who hate Me, 6but showing lovingkindness to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments. 7"You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain, for the LORD will not leave him unpunished who takes His name in vain. 8"Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. 9"Six days you shall labor and do all your work, 10but the seventh day is a sabbath of the LORD your God; in it you shall not do any work, you or your son or your daughter, your male or your female servant or your cattle or your sojourner who stays with you. 11"For in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea and all that is in them, and rested on the seventh day; therefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day and made it holy. 12"Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be prolonged in the land which the LORD your God gives you. 13"You shall not murder. 14"You shall not commit adultery. 15"You shall not steal. 16"You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor. 17"You shall not covet your neighbor's house; you shall not covet your neighbor's wife or his male servant or his female servant or his ox or his donkey or anything that belongs to your neighbor."

Matthew 6:1-15 -
1"Beware of practicing your righteousness before men to be noticed by them; otherwise you have no reward with your Father who is in heaven. 2"So when you give to the poor, do not sound a trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, so that they may be honored by men Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full.
3 "But when you give to the poor, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, 4 so that your giving will be in secret; and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you. 5"When you pray, you are not to be like the hypocrites; for they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and on the street corners so that they may be seen by men Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full. 6"But you, when you pray, go into your inner room, close your door and pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you. 7"And when you are praying, do not use meaningless repetition as the Gentiles do, for they suppose that they will be heard for their many words. 8"So do not be like them; for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him. 9"Pray, then, in this way: 'Our Father who is in heaven, Hallowed be Your name.10'Your kingdom come Your will be done, On earth as it is in heaven. 11'Give us this day our daily bread. 12'And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. 13'And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil. [For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.]' 14"For if you forgive others for their transgressions, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15"But if you do not forgive others, then your Father will not forgive your transgressions.

26Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth." 27God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. 28God blessed them; and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth." 29Then God said, "Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the surface of all the earth, and every tree which has fruit yielding seed; it shall be food for you; 30and to every beast of the earth and to every bird of the sky and to every thing that moves on the earth which has life, I have given every green plant for food"; and it was so. 31God saw all that He had made, and behold, it was very good. And there was
evening and there was morning, the sixth day.

Job 38:1-24 (
God Speaks Now to Job)   1Then the LORD answered Job out of the whirlwind and said, 2"Who is this that darkens counsel By words without knowledge?  3"Now gird up your loins like a man, And I will ask you, and you instruct Me!  4"Where were you when I laid the foundation of the earth?Tell Me, if you have understanding,  5Who set its measurements? Since you know. Or who stretched the line on it?  6"On what were its bases sunk? Or who laid its cornerstone, 7When the morning stars sang together And all the sons of God shouted for joy?  8"Or who enclosed the sea with doors When, bursting forth, it went out
from the womb; 9When I made a cloud its garment And thick darkness its swaddling band, 10And I placed boundaries on it And set a bolt and doors,  11And I said, 'Thus far you shall come, but no farther; And here shall your proud waves stop'?
(God's Mighty Power) 12"Have you ever in your life commanded the morning, And caused the dawn to know its place, 13That it might take hold of the ends of the earth, And the wicked be shaken out of it?  14"It is changed like clay under the seal; And they stand forth like a garment.  15"From the wicked their light is withheld, And the uplifted arm is broken. 16"Have you entered into
the springs of the sea Or walked in the recesses of the deep?  17"Have the gates of death been revealed to you, Or have you seen the gates of deep darkness?  18"Have you understood the expanse of the earth? Tell Me, if you know all this.  19"Where is the way to the dwelling of light? And darkness, where is its place, 20That you may take it to its territory And that you may discern the paths to its home? 21"You know, for you were born then, And the number of your days is great!  22"Have you entered the storehouses of the snow, Or have you seen the storehouses of the hail, 23Which I have reserved for the time of distress, For the day of war and
battle?  24"Where is the way that the light is divided, Or the east wind scattered on the earth?

Job 38:25-41 -
25"Who has cleft a channel for the flood, Or a way for the thunderbolt,  26To bring rain on a land without people, On a desert without a man in it,  27To satisfy the waste and desolate land And to make the seeds of grass to sprout?  28"Has the rain a father? Or who has begotten the drops of dew? 29"From whose womb has come the ice? And the frost of heaven, who has
given it birth? 30"Water becomes hard like stone, And the surface of the deep is imprisoned.  31"Can you bind the chains of the Pleiades,Or loose the cords of Orion?  32"Can you lead forth a constellation in its season, And guide the Bear with her satellites?
33"Do you know the ordinances of the heavens, Or fix their rule over the earth? 34"Can you lift up your voice to the clouds, So
that an abundance of water will cover you? 35"Can you send forth lightnings that they may go and say to you, 'Here we are'? 36"Who has put wisdom in the innermost being Or given understanding to the mind? 37"Who can count the clouds by wisdom,
Or tip the water jars of the heavens, 38When the dust hardens into a mass And the clods stick together?  39"Can you hunt the
prey for the lion, Or satisfy the appetite of the young lions, 40When they crouch in their dens And lie in wait in their lair?  41"Who
prepares for the raven its nourishment When its young cry to God And wander about without food?

Or where can I flee from Your presence?  8If I ascend to heaven, You are there; If I make my bed in Sheol, behold, You are there. 9If I take the wings of the dawn, If I dwell in the remotest part of the sea, 10Even there Your hand will lead me And Your right hand will lay hold of me.

48"However, the Most High does not dwell in houses made by human hands; as the prophet says:  49'HEAVEN IS MY THRONE, AND EARTH IS THE FOOTSTOOL OF MY FEET; WHAT KIND OF HOUSE WILL YOU BUILD FOR ME?' says the Lord, 'OR WHAT PLACE IS THERE FOR MY REPOSE? 50'WAS IT NOT MY HAND WHICH MADE ALL THESE THINGS?'

How vast is the sum of them! 18If I should count them, they would outnumber the sand When I awake, I am still with You.

And who taught Him in the path of justice and taught Him knowledge And informed Him of the way of understanding?

Isaiah 40:25-28 -
25"To whom then will you liken Me That I would be his equal?" says the Holy One. 26Lift up your eyes on high And see who has created these stars, The One who leads forth their host by number, He calls them all by name; Because of the greatness of His might and the strength of His power, Not one of them is missing. 27Why do you say, O Jacob, and assert, O Israel," My way is hidden from the LORD, And the justice due me escapes the notice of my God"? 28Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth Does not become weary or tired His understanding is inscrutable.

And when He hides His face, who then can behold Him, That is, in regard to both nation and man?-- 30So that godless men would not rule Nor be snares of the people. Sovereignty continued;

And who taught Him in the path of justice and taught Him knowledge And informed Him of the way of understanding? 15Behold, the nations are like a drop from a bucket, And are regarded as a speck of dust on the scales; Behold, He lifts up the islands like fine dust. 16Even Lebanon is not enough to burn, Nor its beasts enough for a burnt offering. 17All the nations are as nothing before Him, They are regarded by Him as less than nothing and meaningless.
